  16. molesting his daughter Dylan; in Connecticut. State's attorney
  17. Frank Maco said he found "probable cause" to support claims
  18. by Allen's ex-lover Mia Farrow that he had sexually fondled
  19. Dylan, 8, at Farrow's Connecticut country house. But to spare
  20. Dylan the trauma of a trial, he said, no charges would be filed.
  21. Allen denounced the finding as the product of an "unwholesome
  22. alliance between a vindictive mother and an irresponsible state's
  23. attorney and his police."
